1. Service Description

WinOnly is an analytics and information service that provides daily football match winner predictions based on statistical analysis. WinOnly is not a betting, gambling, or financial advisory service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use WinOnly. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue accessing predictions.

4. No Guarantees

All predictions are opinion and analysis only. Match outcomes are inherently uncertain. WinOnly makes no guarantee of accuracy or results. Users are solely responsible for their own decisions and actions.

5. Subscription and Payments

WinOnly offers two subscription plans: €9.99/month or €79.99/year. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misrepresent WinOnly's predictions as guaranteed outcomes, financial advice, or betting tips; redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit WinOnly content without prior written permission; share your account credentials with third parties; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the prediction algorithm; use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, analysis, and predictions generated by WinOnly are the intellectual property of WinOnly. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to view predictions for your own private use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WinOnly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this service or reliance on any prediction.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
